I think my MM and a I have discovered a way to get together maybe a bit more frequently
I am going to see him next week, which is highly unusual since I just saw him last month. But I think we’ve figured something out
He often spends the night in the city due to his work schedule. Sometimes he eorks late and then has to be back to work the next morning at 8 AM or so. This is kind of what happened last time I saw him, but he had the added ability that he took Saturday off also.
Next week he is staying in the city for two nights in a row due to having to be to work early the next day. He told me that I kind of said that’s very tempting. He said well I wouldn’t kick you out my bed if you showed up. So we came up with the idea, even though he has to work I can still come in and see him overnight and hang out doing whatever I wanted during the day.
So maybe this will be a solution that we will be able to get to see each other a little little more often. If I’m going into the city, I take the train so I don’t have to deal with traffic. I had a voucher from my last trip since it was delayed so long. The train station is only like 15 minute walk from the hotel, I usually catch a cab simply because I have a lot of luggage. This trip I’m not going to bring a lot with me.
Crossing my fingers at this works out well and he doesn’t get too exhausted. And we can do this more frequently.
