I have a trip east coming up next week. Of course I am going to see my MM 🙂 But what’s better is that we get two nights together. It’s a little complicated. His W it’s going to be out of town for a week and his kids are having people over at the house so he said he was going to stay in the city. He told me the days off. I asked him when he thought would be best for me to come and he’s the one who set the timeline. I’m leaving Thursday at 1:45 in the morning and getting into town about 730 at night. He’ll be at work and will get to the hotel, about 10 o’clock,so that’ll give me a couple hours to rest and freshen up. Ee have Thursday night and Friday night together.
But the thing that really shocked me is he took Saturday off. He NEVER takes a day off. I would never ask him to take a day off. And he even mentioned going to a museum or something, which I hope does come to fruition.
Saturday we check out of the hotel and we are going to take the train back into town where he lives. He said he wanted to help me with the trains because it can be very confusing and since I will have a big suitcase, a bit awkward. Another thing about this is that he will have to drive me from the train station to the hotel that I’ve got set up. I know he will go home Saturday night, but he has all day Sunday off. I don’t know what plans there might be for Sunday. Then Monday he’s going to help me go back to the train to pick up my train to go back to my home. He has to go to work Monday anyways and the timing is great for both of us.
So this all sounds wonderful, and I really hope it comes to fruition because I would really love to have the time to spend with him. My fear is that he freaks out a little bit, which has done in the past, and decides to go home Friday night. I don’t think he will because of the train situation Saturday but I know he can get in a mindset that is kind of guilt-ridden I think.
I am hoping do something by myself Friday night while he’s at work. I will have most of the day Friday by myself also and I’m hoping to do some more sightseeing that I didn’t get to the last couple times.
I am very excited. I am praying that everything works out.
